Designed by award-winning Fender Katsalidis Mirams Architects, The Marina Quays Apartments was the first apartment building to be completed at Wyndham Harbour with a total of 104 residences, comprising of 1,2 and 3 bedrooms. Demonstrating sophisticated design and attention to detail, Marina Quays offers privileged views of the marina, Port Phillip Bay and Melbourne cityscape. Williams Sharp management has been involved in this project since 2010 and has assisted with a complete ‘sell out’ of this complex, with 90% of sales being achieved within first 6 months of its release.
